Every professional firm has a “why.” Ours began on a factory floor in 2011. While many managers start their careers in air-conditioned offices, our Founder, Anmol Jagga, was earning his stripes working grueling shifts for a flat $50 a day.

The eye-watering experience of chopping onions 🧅🥲 at $50 for a 12-hour shift—with a bonus of 2 slices of pizza 🍕 (yumm….) if the shift exceeded 12 hours—opened his eyes wider in gaze but filled with the satisfaction of job completion regardless of compensation.

Whether it was tutoring Math and Physics 📚 for $5 an hour or managing the physical demands of factory production, these early days taught Anmol a foundational principle: True efficiency is born from grit. This background provides a level of dedication that allows us to treat a Condominium Corporation’s budget with the absolute respect and scrutiny it deserves.

A Decade of Professional Evolution

That foundational work ethic fueled over a decade of progressive leadership across Ontario’s residential and industrial sectors. Anmol evolved into a CMRAO-licensed Residential Property Manager and ASQ Certified Quality Professional. He realized that condominium boards were often seeking a partner who could blend personal service with technical expertise. Consultech Property Management was created to provide both.

From Volunteering towards CPM Dream

The true “Consultech perspective” was refined while our founder served as a Volunteer Director and President of the Board for a Peel Condominium Corporation. Sitting on your side of the table, he faced the same challenges firsthand that every Board faces: rising legal costs, aging infrastructure, and the need for transparent financial planning.

The “firsthand” volunteer experience, combined with years of managing multi-site housing operations, supervising unionized maintenance crews, and overseeing multi-million-dollar capital projects, gives us a sharp edge. Our approach is further sharpened by Mechanical Technology expertise and advanced training as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, allowing us to cut through waste and find value where others see only expense.
